Lovely semi-detached 2 bedroom villa with private swimming pool. The double bedroom has built-in wardrobes and the second bedroom has two single beds, also with built-in wardrobes. There is a spacious lounge/sitting area and a separate dining/conservatory area to the south side of the property. This conservatory/dining area also overlooks the good sized swimming pool. There is also a fully equipped, modern kitchen with all the features that one expects and the bathroom is also a good size. The outside area consists of an extensive terraced area which also incorporates a good sized pergola. Under this pergola is an eating area and next to this is a brick built barbecue. The property also boasts a substantial garden area both front and back and is pet friendly. Guests can also park their vehicle in the driveway to the property, which is secured by lockable gates.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area, just outside L'Estartit. It is only 2 km from Estartit's blue flag sandy beach. There are several good supermarkets close by but the closest one is "GP" which is less than 1 km away.

Summary: I can't say anything other than that we had a perfect stay, very nice house with swimming pool and garden with everything you need. We would also like to thank the owner Brent for the good communication before and during our stay in the house. We will definitely come back here
